Founded in 2013, Employment Network of Southwest Florida (ENSWFL) has been dedicated to empowering individuals with disabilities by helping them secure meaningful employment. Our mission is to support these individuals in achieving financial independence, becoming fully contributing members of the community. As certified vendor of Vocational Rehabilitation and Approved Member of American Dream Employment Network, we offer comprehensive job coaching, employment support, and guidance to both job seekers and employers looking to foster inclusive workplaces.

From the beginning, ENSWFL has aligned with the Social Security Administration’s (SSA) core expectations for employment networks, while going beyond those requirements with a range of unique services. Our goal is to ensure that individuals not only find jobs but secure long-term, stable financial futures.
