ABOUT US

How It All Started

Founded in 2013, Employment Network of Southwest Florida (ENSWFL) has been dedicated to empowering individuals with disabilities by helping them secure meaningful employment. Our mission is to support these individuals in achieving financial independence, becoming fully contributing members of the community. As certified vendor of Vocational Rehabilitation and Approved Member of American Dream Employment Network, we offer comprehensive job coaching, employment support, and guidance to both job seekers and employers looking to foster inclusive workplaces.

From the beginning, ENSWFL has aligned with the Social Security Administration’s (SSA) core expectations for employment networks, while going beyond those requirements with a range of unique services. Our goal is to ensure that individuals not only find jobs but secure long-term, stable financial futures. We provide tailored employment support that includes ongoing coaching and resources to help individuals navigate the workplace and maintain success.

What sets ENSWFL apart is our deep commitment to going the extra mile. By offering services beyond the SSA’s mandated requirements, we give our clients a competitive edge in their journey toward financial stability. Whether it’s through individualized job coaching or fostering inclusive hiring practices with employers, ENSWFL is committed to creating a supportive pathway to success for everyone we serve.
