ENSWFL provides all the core services that the Social Security Administration (SSA) expects of any EN, as well as additional unique services that are not required by SSA, to support your success in securing long-term financial stability.
President
Ibel Pinera is the President of Employment Network of SW Florida.
Ms. Pinera comes to the disability community with a rich background in Pediatric Nursing and Research Lab Technician for over 15 years. She graduated from La Havana University in Pediatric Nursing and also obtained an Associate’s Degree at Keiser College in Medical Laboratory Technician. Ms. Pinera’s passion is, with no doubts, in the helping profession. She joined forces with Mrs. Hernandez in 2012 to assist individuals with disabilities becoming as independent as they can be. Ms. Pinera demonstrates a genuine desire to help individuals with disabilities to obtain jobs and maintaining the jobs. She goes the extra mile when it comes to advocate and protect this vulnerable population.
Vice-President
Dixibeth H. Villarraga is the Vice-President of Employment Network of SW Florida.
Mrs. Villarraga is a recent graduate from Florida Gulf Coast University. She majored in Special Education and has a minor in Entrepreneurship. Dixie has worked as a supported employment specialist for two years. She has experience working with Transition students with disabilities preparing them with essential skills to enter into the workforce. She believes that employment is much more than a job. Employment can help develop meaningful relationships and allow individuals the opportunity to create a positive impact in the community.
Secretary & Treasurer
Carmen L. Perez is the Secretary & Treasurer of Employment Network of SW Florida.
Carmen has recently joined Employment Network of SW Florida, Inc. She brings to ENSWFL over 30 years of experience in finances and bookkeeping. Commitment to serve those in need has been one of her most notorious characteristics through her life. Carmen is a dedicated, detailed oriented individual and don’t take no for an answer. Always goes the extra mile to make things happen. Her knowledge, personal treats, and dedication to serve our vulnerable population makes her an invaluable asset to our non-profit agency.
Employment Network of SW Florida (ENSWFL) operates as an Employment Network service provider under agreement with American Dream Employment Network for SSA beneficiaries under the Ticket to Work program.
